I offer sports massage from my peaceful massage room in Woodbridge, Suffolk that can be for relaxation and reset of sore muscles as well as specialist massage for chronic tension and problems areas including injury and pathology.

Expect a wide range of massage techniques including effleurage, petrissage, kneading, wringing, neuro-muscular techniques, active & assisted stretching and trigger pointing.

I can tailor the session to your needs after a short consultation.

Frequently asked questions

  • Not at all, everyone needs a massage, no matter what you do and our postural, walking or sitting habits all utilise muscles which can really tire or tighten over time. Whether you are a marathon runner or a gentle walker I am here for you!

  • I tailor my sessions to you. So if you want a more remedial massage I can cater to this, otherwise, I can really get into those stubborn tight areas. It should never be painful but if you have sore muscles it can sometimes be a little tender!

  • You can book a 45 or 60 minute massage and after a short chat and some questions we will focus on the massage. You will be on a massage bed and modesty always covered, but shorts/sports bra advised. The massage can involve active stretching, deep tissue massage and trigger point therapy as well as other techniques dependent on what you need. It’s good to drink lots of water after the treatment.

  • I will aim to focus in on any problem areas, or if you want a full body sports massage I can also do this. I can work on injuries (dependent on when/what) and also old scar tissue and imbalances in the muscle tone. Best to let me know ahead of the treatment so I can advise if it is the right time to come!

  • You may cancel or reschedule up until 24 hours before your class via the link in your appointment confirmation. Please note there are no refunds if your massage is changed within 24 hours of your booked session.
